Abstract

Penyelenggaraan PTAIS di Kopertasis X Jawa tengah terdapat 36 PTAIS yang telah melaksanakan kegiatan proses belajar mengajar, ada 11 PTAIS yang telah mengantongi Akreditasi. Dari sebelas PTAI dapat akreditasi A hanya satu yaitu FT. Unissula. 11 prodi mendapat akreditasi B dan 3 prodi mendapat akreditasi C. Sedangkan yang lain belum mengurus akreditasi Dari data tersebut dapat dilihat fenomena bahwa beberapa PTAIS tidak mempunyai ijin penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan akreditasi. Dari potret tersebut dapat dipahami bahwa kualitas PTAIS masih minim. Oleh karena itu dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu PTAIS diperlukan rumusan strategi peningkatan kinerja PTAIS untuk mencapai visi dan misi PTAI melalui meningkatkan kualitas pendidik dan tenaga. Oleh karena itu peneliti menawarkan konsep balanced scorecad yang bersifat teknis, taktis dan operasional dengan mengimplementasikan prinsisp-prinsip good governance sebagai bahan kebijakan strategi pengembangan PTAIS di masa yang akan datang.Peneliti mengembangkan model  balanced scorcard  dari Kaplan (1996) yang didasarkan pada perspektif pemangku kepentingan (stakeholders), Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah (1) untuk mengetahui implementasi  balanced scorecard pada PTAIS, (2) untuk strategi peningkatan mutu PTAIS berdasarkan pendekatan balanced scorecard kurang baik, hal ini disebabkan bebrapa keterbatasan antara lain : Mahasiswa Baru Sebagian besar PTAIS mengalami penurunan. Jumlah lulusan yang dapat bekerja, Jumlah Kerjasama dengan lembaga lain, Jumlah Penelitian dan publikasi Dosen.

Abstract

Decision variables in the problem solving linear programs are often in the form of fractions. In some cases there are specific desires the solution in the form of an integer (integer). Integer solution is obtained by way of rounding does not warrant being in the area of fisibel. To obtain integer solutions, among others, by the method of Cutting Plane Algorithm or Branch and Bound. The advantages of the method of Cutting Plane Algorithm is quite effectively shorten the matter, while the advantages of the method of Branch and Bound the error level is to have a little but requires quite a long calculation.

Abstract

Secara sederhana model pemahaman Islam universal terekspresi pada dua corak pemikiran mengenai hubungan antara Islam dengan realitas sosial, ekonomi, dan politik. Pertama, adalah model organik yang menghendaki hubungan secara legal-formal antara Islam dengan semua aspek kehidupan manusia. Dalam perspektif model ini, Islam harus terwujud secara formal kelembagaan sebagaimana nampak dalam bentuk seperti partai Islam, sistem ekonomi Islam, dan bahkan negara Islam. Kedua, adalah corak pemikiran yang menghendaki hubungan secara substansial antara Islam dengan semua aspek kehidupan. Islam lebih dilihat pada tataran moral, etik, dan spiritual. Dalam hal ini, Islam tampil secara inklusif.Kebangkitan civil society dimanifestasikan ke dalam beberapa jenis gerakan sosial. Pertama, resistensi simbolik yang meliputi pelbagai aksi tidak langsung untuk mengontrol dominasi negara. Tujuan utarna dari jenis aktivitas ini adalah untuk menampilkan pelbagai keluhan dan gugatan secara simbolik dalam bentuk tulisan, pertunjukan seni, dan diskusi yang bernada kritik. Kedua, resistensi pragmatis yang dilakukan sebagai reaksi langsung terhadap kebijaksanaan pemerintah atau sistem sosial-ekonomi-politik yang sedang berjalan. Resistensi semacam ini biasanya melibatkan ormas, partai politik, dan bahkan mahasiswa (contoh yang actual: demonstrasi penolakan penaikan harga BBM). Ketiga, resistensi simbolik-pragmatis yang merupakan aksi langsung maupun tidak langsung yang menuntut terciptanya situasi sosial-politik yang lebih baik terutama wong cilik dan juga menuntut pengurangan kontrol negara terhadap pelbagai bidang kehidupan masyarakat.

Abstract

In the discussion about product Shari'ah financial institutions, Murabaha product into a product that is always in doubt syar'i. Then the article the results of this study aims to gain an overview of how the application of Murabaha product in KSU Sejahtera UMP. Is it in accordance with the provisions of Shari'ah in terms of both technical/hakikatnya. Artikel axiological and in terms of the results of this study using a qualitative approach. While data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation. Analysis of the data using descriptive analysis through three procedures of data reduction, data display and conclusion. From the data obtained and analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that technically/axiological, Murabaha product implementation at KSU Sejahtera Sharai UMP has met the criteria. For example KSU Sejahtera UMP has positioned the institution as a seller, though not directly provide these items in place but KSU Welfare has established cooperation with several providers of goods required by customers.

Abstract

Hukuman rajam adalah hukuman mati dengan cara dilempari batu atau sejenisnya sampai mati. Keberadaan hukuman rajam dalam ketentuan hukum pidana Islam ini merupakan hukuman yang telah diterima oleh hampir semua fuqaha, kecuali kelompok Azariqah dari golongan Khawarij. Menurut mereka hukuman untuk  jarimah zina, baik muhshan maupun ghairu muhshan adalah hukuman jilid seratus kali berdasarkan firman Allah dalam QS. al-Nur: 2, sehingga mereka tidak menerapkan hukuman rajam bagi pelaku zina muhshan. Sedangkan fuqaha? yang menyepakati hukuman rajam bagi pelaku zina muhshan berpendapat bahwa hadits shahih yang berkenaan dengan hukuman rajam dapat mentakhsis QS. al-Nur: 2 tersebut di atas.Hasil penelitian ini adalah jika dilihat dari setting historis, maka penetapan hukuman rajam bagi pelaku zina muhshan itu didasarkan kepada hadits Nabi, baik secara qauliyah maupun fi?liyah. Akan tetapi, ada kesulitan dalam membedakan antara status teks sunnah mengenai apakah teks sunnah tersebut menjelaskan wahyu atau tidak. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hukuman rajam dalam hukum pidana Islam itu bukan berasal dari syari?at Islam itu sendiri semata-mata, tetapi yang pasti bahwa hukuman rajam adalah berdasarkan nash atau ajaran agama sebelumnya, yaitu nash dalam Kitab Taurat. Hal ini dapat dilacak dari dasar normatif yaitu hadits-hadits Nabi yang mengacu kepada penerapan hukuman rajam bagi pelaku zina muhshan. Setidaknya Rasulullah saw., telah empat kali melaksanakan atau minimal memberitahukan pelaksanaan hukuman rajam bagi pelaku zina muhshan.

Abstract

Al-Qur?an is a hammalat li al-wujuh, so that from meaning searching aspect famous with an expression, someone doesn?t called mufasir except if he can to give various interpretation toward every verses of al-Qur?an. That is way from the expert of usul and fuqaha inclined give interpret to the al-Qur?an as Allah?s word in meaning lafzi word, because their purpose is for instinbat al ahkam. With hammalat li al wujuh sure will give the different of law comprehension, even may be happen contradiction in interpretation a verses of ahkam. In term of usul fiqh absolute and relative oftenconnected with their technical term about qat?i and zanni in realize verses of dalalah. Verses that showing absolute is qat?i and which showing relative is zanni. Relativism is concepts which declare that a life value is relative, different according to the conditions development, culture, etc. Conversely absolutism looks at that life a value doesn?t change, not relative, but absolute although conditions, culture, and the other experience change. Especially in law side, appear the questions whether law verses in al-Qur?an there has absolute and don?t know law development existence causes period development.It is time for the experts doesn?t base on analyses harfiyah-tekstual on law verses which has qat?i. should always understood that ahkam verses thinking building fundamental harmony, humanity universals or social justice. Individual interpretation offer towards provision both for qat'i also peace that can to guarantee humanity harmony in the eyes of Islam valid. Approach barer, easy to dialogue and contextual towards verses ahkam with integration in society life make easy to popularizing fiqh. on the basis of this so law consistence that appointed based on verses ahkam may not quit of mawasid al-hukm li jalbi al-masalih wa dar?i al-mafasid.

Abstract

Kalang is one of sub-ethnic Javanese, that?s different to Java culturally. This study to explain about the function of islamic education as a cultural strategy for Kalang's society; and its adaptation its effect Islam values are entered. As cultural entity, Kalang's community build cultural identity based on cultural values inherited from ancestors. Kalang?s belief system has a theological religion historical ancient Javanese (Kapitayan). This belief bears the ritual Kalang as ?gegalungan?, ?ewuhan? and ?obong?. Through Islamic education, children?s of Kalang can recognize the values of Islam. Consequence of meets it cultural values that variably, there are three possibilities occur, as response of Kalang's person to that new values, which is first; the old value system won, or the new value system won, or third occurance of compromise.

Abstract

Konsep kebebasan (al-hurriyyah atau liberty) dalam Islam, asal mulanya adalah konsep ikhtiyar dan taqdir, yang berkaitan dengan kebebasan atau tidaknya manusia dalam melakukan perbuatannya, dalam term teologi atau agama. Kemudian setelah terjadinya kontak dengan dunia barat konsep tersebut berkembang menjadi lebih luas cakupannya. Seperti kebebasan berekspresi atau mengemukakan pendapat, berfikir, kebebasan berpolitik atau kebebasan ekonomi. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis akan membahas lebebasan berfikir dan mengemukakan pendapat; kebebasan beragama; kebebasan berpolitik, meliputi hak memilih pemimpin, hak mengawasi dan mengontrol pemerintah; dan kebebasan ekonomi. Kebebasan dalam Islam lebih terbatas dan terarah, atau dengan kata lain bebas tapi terikat. Berbeda dengan demokrasi liberal menekankan kemampuan berbuat tanpa batas.

Abstract

There is no religion encourages its adherents to commit violance. However, it is not rare acts of violence committed by religious peoples, even by those with a strong religious base and they do it in the name of their religion. In fact, the idea to undertake dialogue and cooperation among believers have often done. However, the passion and intensity of dialogue is still a lot that is done on the basis of sociological and political interests or the like. It has not been coupled with changes in dogma and the more fundamental religious thought, so the dialogue, cooperation and harmony that is generated is only an artificial unity, not a genuine unity. In this context, the ?harmony? hermeneutics of Farid Esack uphold pluralism and religious inclusivism is worth considered for developed in Indonesia given one of the causes of tension and violence that the nuances of religion is accentuating the views and attitudes of religious exclusivism.
